Our attorneys represent clients in Bexar, Travis and Nueces Counties in three areas: criminal defense, family law and personal injury. Below you can meet each attorney and the staff who support them.
Founding attorney Gary J. Barton is a former Capital Murder prosecutor, is Board Certified in Criminal Law and has tried more than 100 cases to a jury. Senior trial attorney Jim Erickson has practiced criminal defense since 1985 and has more than 250 jury verdicts in more than sixty Texas counties. Managing attorney Duane Graeff has more than 26 years of experience in Texas state and federal courts, and Désirée Flye is a trial attorney on the firm’s family law team. They work alongside our other trial and associate attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and office staff, who handle the filings, records, scheduling and client communication that keep a case moving.
